Job summary

SGS is seeking a Quality Management professional to administer the Quality Management System for the Food Service operation and oversee laboratory quality systems supporting accreditation.

The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025, coordinates audits, and drives corrective actions. You will oversee document control, training programs, and calibration, collaborating with site managers globally.

Qualifications

• University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related science degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven technical Quality Assurance experience.
• 5 years in Quality Management Systems and international regulations would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Quality Management System for the Food Service operation.
• Oversee laboratory Quality Systems to support accreditation programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards and regulations.
• Monitor audits, host regulatory agency and customer audits, and coordinate responses.
• Maintain document control, training, and corrective action programs.
• Coordinate equipment qualification, calibration, and internal audits.
