Job summary

Forbes Solicitors LLP is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator & Internal Auditor to join the People & Quality team at Gordon House. The role is full‑time (36.25 hours/week) with a future hybrid working arrangement.

You will support the quality assurance framework, coordinate audits, and provide essential administration to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, admin experience, and the ability to work across teams to drive

Qualifications

• GCSEs grade 9-4 including English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to review documentation for accuracy, compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of the Firm’s management system for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 22301 Business Continuity and ISO 27001 Information Security.
• Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and records.
• Plan and conduct internal IMS audits across the business; assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement and more efficient ways of working.
• Provide guidance on the Firm’s procedures in line with ISO standards and support QA objectives.
• Coordinate QMR meetings; produce accurate minutes and track actions to completion.
• Provide day‑to‑day admin support to keep policies and procedures current.
• Support risk management and supervisor review processes with accurate records and guidance.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI/automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
