Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Summer 2027 Quality Assurance Intern at the Fort Dodge, IA manufacturing plant. You will support the Quality Assurance team with activities spanning Quality Management System, Pharmaceutical Products, and Audits, gaining exposure to manufacturing and distribution oversight for commercial products.

The internship emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, real-world regulated environment experience, and professional development through mentorship and housing support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a concentration in Science or Engineering.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.
• Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports the process.
• Work within cross-functional teams to support inspection readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Get real-world experience in the regulated environment.
• Assist with the production and analytical processes to ensure Sterility Assurance standards.
• Study design improvement process.
