Job summary

Elanco Animal Health is seeking a Summer 2027 Quality Assurance Intern for our Fort Dodge, IA manufacturing plant. You will be part of the QA team, supporting activities related to manufacturing and distribution of products, with opportunities to learn in Quality Management, Audits, and Pharmaceutical product areas.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, real-world regulated environment experience, and potential housing support for interns.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field) or Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving identified processes within the quality organization.
• Understand the Manufacturing processes and how Quality supports the process and business.
• Work within cross-functional teams to support inspection readiness activities, investigations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Get real-world experience in the regulated environment.
• Assist with the production and analytical processes to ensure Sterility Assurance standards are met.
