Job summary

Textron Aviation is seeking a summer intern to support quality improvements across fabrication, assembly, and delivery. You’ll help develop and revise Quality systems, participate in audits, and analyze data to drive process improvements in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on project experience, and learn how regulatory and oversight requirements shape everyday decisions.

• Gather and analyze scrap, defects, and rework data to support improvements.
• Conduct process or product audits in production or with suppliers.
