Job summary

Cooper Steel invites motivated students to join our quality team as a Quality Intern. Based on-site, the 10–12 week program offers hands-on experience in inspection practices, evaluation of steel components, and audit documentation.

You will support inspections of fabrication and erection, track nonconformances, and help prepare inspection reports, collaborating with site personnel, project management, and fabrication operations to build a solid foundation for a career in quality assurance.

• Internship is full-time, 10-12 weeks, paid ($24/hour!)
• Based on-site, location to be determined – company covers accommodations and per diem if job site is more than 75 miles from your home
• Occasional travel and events
