Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking a Supply Quality Technician to join our Quality Control team in a hands-on role focused on inspections and metrology. You will review incoming materials, perform first article inspections, and ensure conformance to drawings and specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a trained eye for detail, experience with measuring devices, and collaboration with engineering and production to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Experience performing incoming inspections and evaluating part conformity.
• Attention to detail with a data-driven approach to quality control.

Responsibilities

• Read part drawings, specs, and instructions to understand quality expectations.
• Approve or reject raw materials and record supplier performance.
• Perform incoming inspections on parts from vendors and record results.
• Lead first article inspections (FAI) and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and provide feedback to teams.
