Job summary

Prinova USA is seeking a Quality Inspector to support daily QA/QC activities on the Carol Stream, IL production floor. You will verify GMPs, HACCP compliance, PPE usage, and perform inspections with documentation review to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with strong regulatory knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP experience is preferred, and the position offers competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read and apply regulatory information and standards.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections with required frequencies (CCP verification, weight checks).
• Generate documentation and communicate non-conformances.
• Perform sieve analysis on raw and blended materials.
• Conduct ATP, EMP, allergen and sanitation validation reports.
• Maintain logbooks and operational documentation.
