Job summary

Probi USA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to act as the quality representative on the production floor, ensuring GMP compliance and adherence to CFR/ISO standards. This role collaborates with production, warehousing, inventory, supply chain, and quality control to uphold product quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an FDA regulated manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams delivering results.
• Experience with fermentation, food production, and/or dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to ERP and QMS systems.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP compliance on production and warehouse floors and meet local, state and federal regulations.
• Conduct raw material sampling and incoming inspections.
• Perform tests on raw and finished products to ensure compliance with standards and customer specs.
• Create accurate records following established policies and procedures.
• Assist with material evaluation, releases, holds, and disposition decisions.
• Support investigations and root-cause analysis for quality deviations.
