Job summary

Prinova USA in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a QA Inspector to perform routine auditing, calibration, and documentation to ensure cGMP compliance. You will monitor processes, review batch records, test products, and support quality initiatives across our manufacturing facility.

This role requires strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year work experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong math skills.
• Preferred experience in quality, safety and sanitation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to stand for extended hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must wear required PPE (mask, goggles, scrubs, hair net).
• Physical ability to work in a packaging area with dust/substance in air.

Responsibilities

• Routinely monitor employees to ensure cGMP standards and SOPs are followed.
• Follow cGMP, food safety guidelines and processes.
• Maintain good documentation practices and records.
• Monitor batch records reconciliation and documentation.
• Complete QC daily and weekly reports.
• Monitor temperature, humidity and equipment calibration.
• Ensure sanitation and swabbing in production areas as required.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing materials for quality.
