Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and objective inspections of assigned spaces using APPA level criteria.
• Use electronic tools to perform and record daily inspections.
• Document inspection results with detailed notations and photos.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to ensure scoring consistency.
• Support custodial teams by sharing findings to improve service outcomes.
• Perform additional inspections as needed to meet customer needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with team members and customers.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and building occupants.
