In this role, you will inspect flight-critical precision components to tight tolerances using hand tools and precision gauging methods, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and depth gauges. You will investigate non-conformances, support Material Review Board activity, and help rework parts to specification, with hands-on training and shadowing provided by senior inspectors and machinists.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector or experienced Machinist with a tight-tolerance background, looking to maximise earnings on 2nd shift with quarterly increases and progression.

The Role:

• Inspecting flight-critical precision components to tight tolerances.
• Using hand tools and precision gauging methods (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, depth gauges).
• Investigating non-conformances and supporting Material Review Board activity.

The Person:

• Quality inspection or experienced machinist background
• Tight-tolerance manufacturing experience
• Skilled with precision hand gauging (CMM an advantage)
