RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a 2nd shift Inspector in California. You will perform dimensional and visual inspection on precision components using mechanical and electronic gauging, and read blueprints to verify tolerances.
Windows OS and Office proficiency are required, with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy gauges in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability to changing priorities, and collaboration with colleagues across the organization.
Able to read and understand blueprints. Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization, Must be results-oriented, motivated and deal with changing priorities, Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy gages, ANSI Standard requirements.
This is a 2nd shift position-- some weekends required.
