Job summary

RBC Bearings invites applications for an inspection-focused role in California. You will conduct CMM inspections across final, in-process, and first article pieces and help write NCRs when products don’t conform.

The role emphasizes learning to develop CMM programs, build gages and tooling, and navigate internal folders to locate requirements. Physical duties include bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience preferred.
• Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, lift 30 pounds or more and stand on feet for an extended period.
• Knowledge of writing NCRs for nonconforming products.
