RBC Bearings invites applications for an inspection-focused role in California. You will conduct CMM inspections across final, in-process, and first article pieces and help write NCRs when products don’t conform.
The role emphasizes learning to develop CMM programs, build gages and tooling, and navigate internal folders to locate requirements. Physical duties include bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
Conduct Inspection using CMM. Conduct inspection using CMM for final, in process and first pieces. Create programs and strategies on the CMM. Write NCR's when finding nonconforming products. Learn to navigate through company folders to find requirements. Learn to build gages and tooling.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
