Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a quality inspector to join our manufacturing operations in Sioux City, IA. You will perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems to ensure conformance with specifications.

You will document findings, prepare reports, collaborate with production teams to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and assist with audits to uphold

Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems. Collect data during inspections, document findings precisely, and prepare detailed reports for review. Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions aligned with quality management systems. Support manufacturing compliance by reviewing production processes for adherence to regulatory/legal standards. Participate in internal audits and assist with external inspections to uphold certification standards. Maintain a thorough understanding of quality control procedures, manufacturing processes, and applicable industry standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Basic math skills for data analysis and measurement calculations.
