Job summary

Redtech is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead—Expert Level for ERP implementations, ideally Workday, on a roughly one-year contract. The role is mostly remote with monthly on-site meetings in Olympia, WA; travel reimbursement may not be provided.

The pay rate is $145.00–$155.00 per hour DOE, with standard benefits eligibility. The QA Lead will drive independent QA activities on large ERP deployments, prioritizing quality gates, risk management, and collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of direct experience in independent QA roles on large ERP implementations.
• Workday knowledge is highly desirable; other ERP experience is acceptable in some cases.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Assurance for large ERP implementations as the QA Lead.
• Support key personnel and coordinate QA activities across the project.
• Collaborate with project teams during Workday-focused implementation phases.
