Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; master's preferred.
• Experience working in a factory environment.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost reduction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve product quality by audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop QA plans with hazard analyses and critical control points.
• Validate processes, document evidence, and verify quality attributes.
• Prepare quality reports, trends, recalls, and re-validations.
• Utilize SAP to monitor production and purchasing activities.
