Qualifications

Be a student enrolled full-time pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled with minimum sophomore standing full-time as of Fall 2027.
Majoring in Engineering or a related STEM degree.
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcripts must be provided at time of application).
Must be able to commute to Plymouth, IN.
Hoosier will not pay for housing expenses for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Align and integrate QMS documentation with Continental standards and technical compliance requirements.
Conduct machine capability studies for both component and final finish processes.
Develop clear, structured work instructions that support quality and operational consistency.
Assist with special projects and provide support to business teams as needed.
Investigate recurring issues using structured problem-solving methods, including root cause analysis and A3 techniques.
