Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related experience/training.
• Lean / Six Sigma methodologies knowledge.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient in SPC.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Committed to safety and follows EHS policies.
• Audit experience and ISO9001 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement
• Design and implement methods for process control, testing, and inspection
• Support supplier quality requirements and monitor supplier performance
• Participate in internal and external quality audits
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Support New Product Project teams for smooth product transitions into manufacturing
• Assist Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing with product improvements
• Highlight potential quality issues proactively to management
• Document first article inspections (PPAP)
• Maintain and promote Fenner Precision Polymers values and behaviors
• Perform other duties as assigned
