Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of experience to drive site-level improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

You will lead Lean initiatives, conduct time studies, implement Six Sigma concepts, develop standard work, and collaborate with Production and Ops managers to improve KPI performance and profitability.

Formación

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and open to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates initiative and a solutions-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site-level improvement projects for cost reduction and profit growth.
• Perform time studies and observations to identify opportunities.
• Use statistical analysis tools to test and validate project solutions.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses for project ideas and present to upper management.
• Support Lean process implementation and 6S, Kaizen, and value-stream mapping.
• Develop standard work instructions and contribute to production targets.
• Collaborate with Production/Operations to improve monthly KPI performance.
