Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a QA Analyst to perform system testing, generate test documentation, and verify that the system operates as required. The role involves independent work, mentoring junior resources, and collaboration with software development teams across locations.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in computer science and 3–5 years of QA experience, with familiarity of ITIL/SEI/CMM frameworks.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science.
• 3-5 years related experience in QA/testing.
• Framework knowledge (SEI/CMM/ITIL) suggested.

Responsibilities

• Performs system testing and generates test documentation.
• Records, reports, and tracks defects to reflect status.
• Mentors junior site resources as needed.
• Works with Software Development teams across locations.
• Follows site and corporate QA procedures and policies.
• Maintains test environments and related data.
• Supports development of site QA procedures and test plans.
