Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive strategic QA leadership and hands-on testing across multiple cloud-based SaaS projects.

You will direct a team of QA Analysts and partner with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure high-quality, fully tested solutions. This hybrid role includes planning, coordination, and coaching, with a focus on QA maturity, defect tracking, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Five years of proven work experience as a QA tester or similar role.
• Two years of experience leading others.
• Experience with QA methodology.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the implementation of mass transit systems or other complex operational infrastructures is highly desired.

Description:

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead who plays a critical role in the Software Implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives to modernize functions. This role provides both strategic QA leadership and hands-on test execution across multiple projects involving enterprise cloud-based SaaS platform solutions. The QA Lead will direct the work of multiple QA Analysts and partner closely with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, fully tested solutions. This is a working leadership role that combines oversight, coordination, and direct testing activity, particularly in an environment where automated testing maturity is still developing.

This project will manage the planning and oversight of multiple information systems investment initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing direction on technical requirement reviews and capacity planning, and establishing timelines for competing priorities to support an ERP implementation.

Sample Tasks:
