Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a self-motivated software engineer for a hybrid role in downtown Milwaukee. You will design, develop, and deploy solutions across the full SDLC, with a focus on microservices on AWS and .NET/C#.

Strong collaboration in agile squads and experience with Git and CI/CD are expected. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and comfort with frontend frameworks (React/Angular) and SQL databases.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS (or related field) or 4+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend and frontend development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sustainable software solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Build and maintain microservices deployed on AWS with CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with product teams in an agile squad and participate in code reviews.
