Qualifications

• Ability to develop good working relationships with customers.
• Ability to problem solve using techniques like 5 why and 8-D.
• Willing to travel up to 20% of time domestically and internationally.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Trained TS 16949 internal auditor.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log customer concerns promptly.
• Collect and submit investigation reports to the customer portal.
• Monitor issues and progress within customer portals.
• Develop improvement ideas to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Assist in IATF audits of customer complaints.
