Tg Missouri Corporation in Lebanon, Kentucky, is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role focusing on quality management and customer relations. You will handle customer concerns and contribute to quality alerts and documentation.
The ideal candidate has a BS degree in engineering or technical field and a solid background in Quality or Engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime required.

Ability to develop good working relationships with customers
Ability to problem solve - 5 why, 8-D, etc.
Willing to travel up to 20% of time (domestic and international)
Ability to read blue prints / drawings and technical specifications
Trained TS 16949 internal auditor
Advanced statistical training
Advanced problem solving skills
BS degree in engineering or technical-related discipline or 2-3 years’ experience in Quality or Engineering in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members. Ability to speak effectively with customers.
Computer proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Excel.
Ability to perform high level mathematical calculations and to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
