Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

• Strong understanding of Integration and E2E testing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 7--10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, integration testing, E2E testing, database validation, and CI/CD environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, identifying defects, improving test automation coverage, and ensuring the reliability and quality of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST APIs.
• Conduct integration, system, regression, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Perform SQL queries and database validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve defects.
• Analyze test results and provide clear quality reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Required Skills

• 7--10 years of relevant experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Good knowledge of API testing, REST APIs, and Postman.
• Strong understanding of Integration and E2E testing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation.

• Knowledge of Cargo Booking, Shipment Tracking, API Integrations, and Digital Platforms.
• Experience working with complex enterprise applications and third-party integrations.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT.
• Experience in improving automation frameworks and test coverage.

• Valid Passport is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
