Job summary

TechBliss Digital Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer with strong automation and AI-assisted testing. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and production readiness of digital cargo platforms, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and stakeholders.

You will design and execute functional, regression, integration and exploratory tests, develop automated UI/API tests, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GenAI tools to improve coverage

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of QA experience, including automation.
• Strong automation skills and API/integration testing.
• Experience with AI-enabled testing tools.
• Experience testing enterprise web applications and APIs.
• Hands-on with CI/CD and test automation integration.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation & AI Testing

Location: REMOTE

Experience: 7-10 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual and automated testing, API/integration testing, and AI-assisted quality engineering. The role will focus on ensuring the quality and production readiness of digital cargo platforms, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system and exploratory testing.
  
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
  
• Perform REST API, microservices and end-to-end integration testing.
  
• Validate complex business workflows across booking, tracking, customer portals and cargo digital products.
  
• Identify, document, troubleshoot and validate defects.
  
• Develop test strategies, test plans and quality gates for Agile releases.
  
• Support performance and non-functional testing using tools such as JMeter.
  
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve regression efficiency.
  
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT for test-case generation, automation, test-data creation, defect analysis and risk identification.
  
• Monitor quality metrics and support production validation.
  

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of QA experience, including 4+ years in test automation .
  
• Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress , Postman, REST APIs and SQL.
  
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD .
  
• Experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs and integrations.
  
• Practical experience using AI-enabled testing/quality engineering tools .
  

Preferred:

• Experience in Air Cargo, Airline, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain or Transportation .
  
• Knowledge of IATA cargo standards and cargo booking/shipment processes.
  
• ISTQB or relevant testing certification.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML testing and modern quality engineering practices.
  

Ideal Candidate:

A self-driven, highly hands-on QA professional who can independently manage testing from requirement analysis through production validation, with strong automation skills and a passion for using AI to improve testing efficiency, coverage and software quality .
