Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our West Reading, PA site. The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC, preferably in automotive manufacturing, with strong SPC and QMS expertise to uphold standards and drive improvements.

The position offers a salary of $110,000–$125,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality control/assurance role, preferably in automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment.
• Experience with QMS and SPC is required.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and engineering operations.
• Support supplier quality and manage supplier performance in a quality-focused environment.
