Job summary

Jobot, an equal opportunity employer in West Reading, PA, seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen product and process quality across manufacturing and engineering operations. You will ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in quality roles ( automotive preferred ), solid knowledge of QMS and SPC, and hands-on supplier quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within an automotive manufacturing or quality-driven environment
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) required
• Experience working in supplier quality or managing supplier performance
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
