Job summary

MSR Technology Group is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our Phoenix, AZ onsite team. The role focuses on building robust automation for REST APIs and data validation.

You will design scalable testing frameworks, mentor peers, and partner with development to ensure quality across sprints. The ideal candidate has deep Java expertise, hands-on Karate automation, and strong experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java with solid OOP concepts.
• Hands-on API automation experience using Karate framework.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML validation, and authentication.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable frameworks (POM, Hybrid, BDD).
• CI/CD integration with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Build tools: Maven/Gradle and Git version control.
• Good knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging and mentoring capabilities.
