Job summary

ImagineX LLC is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure product quality through comprehensive manual testing and thoughtful test planning. You will validate functionality, uncover defects, and help maintain reliability across releases while collaborating with product managers and developers to clarify requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA or manual testing.
• Strong QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management.
• Experience testing complex user flows, integrations, and multi-platform systems.
• Familiar with Jira, TestRail or similar test management tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Basic exposure to automation concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Perform manual functional, exploratory, and acceptance testing across web and mobile apps.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with clear engineering communication.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes prior to release.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to release readiness assessments.
• Support UAT and provide clear feedback to stakeholders.
• Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What You'll Do
