Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of software quality assurance experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (data validation queries).
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman.
• Strong working knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and QA tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to own quality for features or components independently.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Engineer delivers quality assurance for assigned product areas and is responsible for owning quality outcomes from test planning through release validation. The position balances test design and execution, mentoring of junior team members, and collaboration with development and product teams within a defined technical scope.

Work Schedule Requirement: This role requires the ability to work during Pacific Time (PT) business hours to ensure alignment and availability with the team.

Responsibilities

• Own quality for assigned features, components, or modules - from test planning through release validation.
• Design comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and edge case scenarios.

The compensation for this position is $85k to $100k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
