Bullion International Group in Edmond, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate to inspect minted products, enforce AQLs, and support die creation. The role collaborates across departments to uphold exacting quality standards and ensure dies meet production needs.

Candidates should have high school or higher with QA/mfg experience; ISO 9001 knowledge and experience with SOPs, CAPAs, and documentation are valued. The position includes routine equipment use and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with investigations, non-conformities and CAPAs.
• Experience with process documentation and record keeping.
• Experience writing and revising SOPs.
• Experience in manufacturing processes, production, and administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate specialized equipment.
• Experience in jewelry production or precision finishing; familiarity with laser engraving equipment.

Responsabilités

• Write/revise quality documents and review materials.
• Review and approve finished and incoming materials.
• Provide real-time QA training on AQLs and quality limits.
• Operate laser engraving equipment to produce dies for precious metal production.
• Inspect dies and maintain organization of die blanks and polishing supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of polishing equipment and lasers.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team to prep dies for production use.
