Job summary

Bullion International Group, parent of APMEX, invites a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Associate to join our Edmond, OK team. You will oversee inspection of minted and packaged products, support die creation, laser engraving, finishing, and material organization, while enforcing AQL standards and safety.

Collaboration across departments is essential. The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to train manufacturing personnel on quality limits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering or related field with 0–1 year QA experience.
• Associate’s degree with 1–2 years QA/manufacturing/finishing experience.
• High school/GED with 2–4 years QA or 0–3 years manufacturing/finishing experience.
• Relevant education or technical training may substitute for some or all required experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect dies and finished products to ensure QA against AQLs.
• Review and approve materials on finished and incoming products.
• Write and revise QA documents and SOPs; train on quality limits.
• Assist in die creation processes including laser engraving and finishing.
• Maintain organization and tracking of dies, blanks, and materials.
• Ensure safety procedures and a clean work environment; collaborate across teams.
