Maximus conducts conflict-free assessments for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on behalf of OPWDD. For individuals aged 17 and younger, assessors utilize the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) comprehensive assessment tool to identify a child's strengths and needs, providing essential information for care planning and connecting individuals to appropriate services.
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will audit calls to identify trends, ensure compliance, and support overall service quality. You will also provide training for new hires and conduct refresher sessions to reinforce best practices. The ideal candidate has experience with CANS/CAS projects, a strong attention to detail, and a background in quality assurance or training within behavioral health or social services environments.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in New York State or the surrounding region.
