Job summary

Mer logic: MeriCal is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to uphold GMP and QA/QC standards across manufacturing and packaging. You will coordinate BPR/MMR reviews, support supplier qualification, and help investigations and CAPAs.

You will maintain quality records, assist audits, and help ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company procedures in a fast-paced dietary supplement environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in dietary supplements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and quality documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate review and processing of Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs).
• Support material review and disposition activities, including investigations and CAPAs.
• Assist with supplier qualification and documentation reviews.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, and disposition of components and packaging materials.
• Support in-process inspections and line clearance on the manufacturing floor.
• Assist with internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits; track observations to completion.
• Maintain audit readiness by reviewing quality records and identifying gaps.
