MeriCal, a leading dietary supplement manufacturer in Southern California, seeks a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support GMP and QA/QC functions. The role ensures compliance with FDA regulations, coordinates record review, and assists with investigations and audits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA/QC within dietary supplements, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/QC experience in a dietary supplement environment.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proven ability to follow GMP, FDA rules, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review quality documentation for completeness and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate review of Batch Production Records, Master Manufacturing Records, and labeling records.
• Assist with investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and audits; support supplier qualification.
