Job summary

MeriCal is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support QA/QC functions and ensure GMP and FDA compliance across our manufacturing and packaging operations. You will review records, assist with audits, and help drive continuous improvement in a dynamic dietary supplement environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in QA/QC, preferably in dietary supplements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to manage paperwork efficiently in QA/QC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAGE).
• FDA regulatory training (21 CFR Part 111, 210/211) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Review quality docs for completeness, accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate review of BPRs, MMRs, packaging and label records.
• Support material disposition and CAPA activities with investigations and documentation.
• Assist supplier/vendor qualification with required documentation and records.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, status control and disposition of components and materials.
• Support manufacturing/packaging with line clearance, inspections, sampling, and verifications.
• Assist with internal, supplier, regulatory audits and track observations and commitments.
