Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in NM or TX with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in accreditation preparation preferred.
• Must successfully complete required pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Establish periodic/annual reviews of departments to ensure compliance with MTC/ICE directives.
• Develop policies and procedures for facility compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and agency policy; conduct regular self-monitoring.
• Provide quarterly reports on activities to ICE and MTC Corporate Office.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets and authorize expenditures.
• Ensure staffing covers security posts and detainee supervision.
