CEVA Logistics is seeking a Quality Clerk in Bernville, PA to uphold established quality standards within contracts, focusing on safety, accuracy and process efficiency. You will work under the QA Supervisor and support ISO and OHSA compliance while maintaining meticulous records.

Strong attention to detail, basic typing, and familiarity with quality systems are essential. This role offers growth opportunities within a global logistics leader and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education and experience required: HS diploma or GED with at least two years in QA or related roles.
• Associates degree preferred; at least one year industry experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and job-specific software.
• Familiar with ISO 9000 standards and calibration/validation processes.
• Experience with inventory management and blueprint spec verification.
• Understanding of OHSA/WHMIS and warehousing operations.

Responsabilités

• Follow QA Supervisor and EQS-Quality Manager instructions.
• Verify incoming, in-process, and outgoing product against customer requirements.
• Validate parts to blue print specs and maintain calibration records.
• Record inspection results and maintain filing systems.
• Perform stock purges on nonconforming product per customer direction.
• Handle discrepant material via return, sort, rework, or scrap.
• Assist on-site customers and government QA reps.
• Support ISO and OHSA compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Meet customer expectations for quality, safety, service and value.
• Maintain QA metrics data for performance tracking.
