Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a diligent records clerk to support the Quality Department. You will review and file records, assist in audits, and help maintain QA documents and systems on the factory floor and in the office.

The role involves assisting with CAPA, preparing QA reports, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. A relevant degree or experience is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and data.
• Write reports and procedure manuals.
• Strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and file records for the Quality Department.
• Assist in Internal Audits and supplier evaluations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and QA materials.
• Maintain document control in QT9 and Master Device Records.
• Assist with CAPA processes and verifications.
• Support ISO 9001 conformity and quality system maintenance.

Education

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or 1 year related experience
