Job summary

Nellson is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Clerk to join the Anaheim, California facility. The role focuses on maintaining quality documentation, batch records, and controlled documents to ensure GMP, SOP, and regulatory compliance, supporting timely product release.

You will handle filing, COA preparation, and FG release tasks while interacting with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and file blending batch records and packaging job order documentation in the shared database.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for production records.
• Purchase, maintain, and distribute office and laboratory supplies as needed.
• Create purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Support Packaging Job Order (PJO) preparation and documentation for Finished Goods (FG) release, as needed.
• Assist with creating Certificates of Analysis (COA) covers and Finished Goods final release checklists, as needed.
• Support the release of Finished Goods in JDE and provide COAs to customers, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
• Follow all safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
