ProCare Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Supervisor to lead the QAB team, oversee benefit configuration quality, and support client success across our rapidly growing PBM operations.

You will coach staff, manage workload, ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Account Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in account management or client services preferred.
• Supervisory/people-management experience.
• Knowledge of PBM industry and healthcare sector.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and PBM software.
• Ability to analyze data and think critically.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the QAB team.
• Monitor workload and assign priorities for timely completion.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback.
• Oversee QA processes for benefit setup and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Identify improvements and drive process optimization.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on client requests.
