Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Quality Auditor to join our Account Management team in Hartford. You will audit all transactions in the Surety Service Center, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with client decision makers to review deliverables per SLAs and SOPs.

You will mentor new hires, support Assistant Client Services Specialists, and contribute to written reports and analyses for management. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

:Strong attention to detail.
:Excellent verbal and written communication.
:Ability to obtain licenses within 90 days of employment.
:Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
:Strong customer service, presentation and organizational skills.
:Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
:1–2+ years insurance industry experience servicing accounts.
:Experience with Surety in an insurance brokerage environment.
:Maintain a 99+% quality score in production.
:Experience using Epic and Sure Path.

Responsibilities

:Audit all transactions processed in the Surety Service Center.
:Maintain a high level of accuracy and strong knowledge of surety bond transactions.
:Build relationships and work with client decision makers; review client deliverables per SLAs and SOPs.
:Complete various administrative tasks.
:Mentor new hires and support Assistant Client Services Specialists.
:Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis for management.
:Communicate effectively with clients, Client Managers and team members.
:Participate in internal and external meetings; maintain client confidentiality.
:Provide day-to-day transaction support as needed.
