Job summary

US Farathane in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Quality Auditor to support the Quality System, perform in-process inspections and receiving/dock audits, and ensure product conformity to customer requirements. You will maintain statistical charts, monitor subcontractor data, assist in sort operations, and uphold safety and quality policies while collaborating with a team under the Quality Manager.

Strong attention to detail, basic math, reading and writing skills, and the ability to follow standard

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and simple measurement instrument usage.
• Capable of performing Gage R&R and capability studies
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiving Inspection and Dock Auditing as needed.
• Perform in-process inspection of product to determine compliance to customer requirements.
• Maintain control charts per blueprint and/or customer requirements.
• Monitor data received by sub-contractors for compliance to specifications.
• Assist in sort operations as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Quality Manager.
