Job summary

Agupdate is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality management system and regulatory compliance. The role includes leading inspections, internal audits, and continuous process improvements in a warehouse/office environment.

The ideal candidate has ISO Lead Auditor certification, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel/SharePoint for quality data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ISO Lead Auditor certification are preferred.
• Experience leading audits and quality system improvements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving Inspection Manuals for adequacy.
• Drafting and verifying the quality system manual against regulatory standards.
• Planning and completing Internal Audits; training Inspectors.
• Verifying quality records databases and reports, and leading MRB/QIT when needed.
• Coordinating with departments to ensure conformance to quality standards.
