Responsibilities include performing visual inspections, recording issues, and planning processes to reduce defects, while managing batch records, ERP entries, and documentation within a GMP framework. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a comparable clerical or manufacturing position.
• High School Diploma required; some college experience preferred.
• Intermediate mathematical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• General computer concepts.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of ERP or other inventory tracking software.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require

Responsibilities

• Create new Batch Control Worksheets from signed-off customer specs.
• Compile and maintain master formulas and BOM documentation to ensure quality finished product that meets GMP standards.
• Complete ERP entries for item Master keys, bills of material, and lab releases.
• Review manufacturing batch records prior to release to Production.
• Compile, implement, and maintain deviation records and QA releases.
• Compile and maintain records of document form changes, deviation records, and QA releases.
• Create and maintain various Microsoft Access database files.
• Update Batch Control Worksheets from change requests from Sales.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
