Job summary

Randstad USA in Fremont, CA is seeking quality assurance associates to support production on short-term mandates. The role focuses on visual checks, documentation, and logging results, with shifts that fit your schedule.

You will identify defects, sort materials, and collect samples while maintaining QC logs and communicating issues to supervision. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and dress code guidelines.

• Perform continuous visual checks on products coming off the line, identifying surface flaws, defects, or missing components based on clear visual standards.
• Sort accepted components from rejected materials, ensuring the accurate segregation of non-conforming items.
• Accurately fill out simple qc logs and inspection checklists to record findings hourly or batch-by-batch.
• Collect samples of materials or components at specified intervals for further testing by senior staff.
• Communicate immediately with the production operator or supervisor when recurring quality issues are detected.
