Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3+ years in manufacturing, technical, support or military roles; or a bachelor's degree in science.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in science field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct shop floor support and production event support.
• Provide quality oversight of packaging process and plant site.
• Perform batch record reviews of intermediate/finished product.
• Trends compliance indicators and drive improvement.
• Interpret quality policies for daily application.
