Job description

As a vital member of our team, the Quality Assurance Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving two major marketing websites – TriNet.com and Zenefits.com. Your responsibilities will include conducting both manual and automated end-to-end testing of our websites and applications using Cypress, ensuring their optimal performance and functionality. You will also be responsible for testing other, smaller marketing tools and applications developed using React.js, verifying the proper functioning of integrations with Marketo and other APIs and marketing tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct manual testing of existing and new features for websites and applications.
2. Develop end-to-end and smoke tests with Cypress.
3. Collaborate closely with web designers and developers.
4. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance (automation and manual) experience.
2. Marketing experience a plus.
3. Must have working knowledge of writing test documentation.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
2. Familiarity with the software testing process, tools, and trends.
3. Ability to create test scenarios and automated test scripts.
4. Proficiency in using Cypress or other end-to-end testing tool.
5. Understanding of fundamental principles of user interface design.
6. Strong command of spoken and written English (preferably at the B2 level).
7. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced constantly evolving business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
